    Thank you for your inquiry. It is possible that the XStore AMP plugin is causing the issue you are experiencing. If you do not need the plugin, we recommend that you keep it deactivated on your site and enjoy using our theme.

    Hello Mustafa,

    To remove the “Buy XStore” button from the menu, please navigate to the XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile Menu section and select the option to hide the button. Once you have made this change, be sure to save the settings and clear your browser cache before revisiting your website.

    I can see that you have an active CDN running on your site from the server end: https://postimg.cc/K179XKJK. Could you please flush it completely and then turn it off for a while and then check back again? It appears to be a cache issue.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking to see if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, so that we can investigate and provide assistance.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2. We would like to point out that the shipping is managed by the WooCommerce plugin and our theme does not have any influence on it. Therefore, we suggest that you temporarily activate the default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme.

    If the issue persists with the default WordPress theme, it will confirm that the issue is not caused by our theme. In that case, we recommend that you reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

    If it works fine with the default WordPress theme, it will also work fine with our theme.

    In order to set the single product column on the shop page for mobile, you will need to use a Custom CSS code. Please try the following CSS code, which you can copy and paste under Xstore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After doing so, please clear the mobile browser cache and check back on your site.

    We believe that the issue you are experiencing is likely due to caching settings. Deactivating the cache plugin did not help, but it is possible that the cache is stored on your server or in files that do not require the activation of a specific plugin.

    We kindly ask that you contact your hosting provider to clear all caches that are activated on your website. After that, please recheck the issue.

    As an additional idea, we could remove the folders of minification css/js and check again, but for this we would need your FTP access (which you can provide us in the private content area). However, we suggest that you first try the steps we have outlined above.

    Please note that you cannot directly edit any of the archive pages (Blog, Shop, Category, etc.) with any of the page builders. These archive pages can only be rendered using Theme Settings or with the Pro plugin.

    In regards to the home page not being editable with the Elementor page builder, please read and follow the instructions in this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73521296/how-to-solve-err-http2-protocol-error-which-occurs-only-when-editing-page-throug.
