Hello, maybe you can help me with 2 things:

    1. All over my website gray borders appeared around all elements, also elements lost padding, see example screenshot. https://postimg.cc/gxQyBHFF

    2. I have 2 shipping zones configured in Woocommerce but only 1 appears, this could be due to the template, I read in a forum that it is possible.

    Thanks

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @SC,

1.We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. Please clear your browser cache and check your site again. We went to XStore >> Theme Options and clicked on the “Publish” button, which solved the issue. Please refer to the screenshot below for further reference: https://postimg.cc/rdCwV5fW

    2. We would like to point out that the shipping is managed by the WooCommerce plugin and our theme does not have any influence on it. Therefore, we suggest that you temporarily activate the default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme.

If the issue persists with the default WordPress theme, it will confirm that the issue is not caused by our theme. In that case, we recommend that you reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

If it works fine with the default WordPress theme, it will also work fine with our theme.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
