    You can open any Menu item and change the Navigation Label as per your requirements. If you wish to change it, you can delete the Menu item and add the new one from the Menu sidebar.     If you navigate to XStore >> Single Product Builder, you will find that the Custom HTML element has been set for the sidebar and the Static Block has been set beneath it for the content. Please refer to the screenshot provided here: https://ibb.co/8zdkPqq

    This means that the section is coming from the Static Blocks. You will need to go to WP-Dashboard >> Static Blocks and find and edit the particular block from there, as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/YL7SZzF.     To add the product category to the All Department menu, you have to go to Appearance >> Menu and select the All Department menu. Then, add the product categories as per your requirements.     We have observed that a product element has been added to the product section, and a product name/ID was specified in the element settings. After you removed the demo products from your site, the product is not found.

    To resolve this issue, please edit the page and then edit the product element in the product section. Set the product in the element settings that you want, save the settings, and then clear the browser cache.

    Hello Levacare,

    We have checked the original device or browser layout for the tablet and found that the Elementor tablet resolution and the theme tablet resolution are slightly different, which is why you are seeing the issue. However, it should work fine when you check the site on the tablet or with browser layout options. Here is the resulting screenshot: https://postimg.cc/VJvWkXg0

    Unfortunately, there is no setting in the theme or in the WooCommerce plugin to show the products or categories on the shop page as you have described. The only possible way to do this is to navigate to Appearance >> Menus >> edit the menu and then add a custom link in the menu (see attached image https://postimg.cc/q6nMLDp6 ). This will allow you to set the product page link on the custom menu item so that when a user clicks on this custom menu item they will be redirected to the product page.

    To make the necessary changes to the image in the HTML block, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder. There you will find a HTML block in which the image is set. Check the block name in the HTML block settings and navigate to the Dashboard >> Static blocks. Edit the particular block and set the content as desired. Save the settings and clear the browser cache to view the changes on the site.

    2. Install the Loco translate plugin and then edit the theme language file to change the word as per your requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Hello @miki,

    By default, WooCommerce sets the status of a new order to “Processing” instead of “On Hold,” and the layout of the new order created using the Email Builder feature of our theme will only work with the “On Hold” product status. Therefore, “Processing” and “On Hold” are two distinct statuses.

    Unfortunately, there are no settings in WooCommerce or in the theme to make the new order status “On Hold” by default.

    Hello @Techgaon,

    Thank you for your inquiry. By default, customers are only able to choose one variation and add the product to the cart. For example, if a product has two attributes, size, and color, with size variations of large, small, and medium, and color variations of red, green, and blue, customers can only select one variation from size and one from color. This is the default WooCommerce functionality and cannot be changed from the theme settings or WooCommerce plugin settings.

    However, it is possible to achieve this with a trick. You have to select the color and size, and then choose the quantity of the product. Please refer to the image: Under the private content area. Additionally, make sure to select the quantity layout from the theme settings >> WooCommerce >> Single product Builder >> Add to cart.     This is the only possible way without customization. If this does not suit your requirements, then you can use any third-party plugin for this at your own risk.

    I then edited the email layout for the new order you created, and set the condition of the layout to “On Hold”. The order I created on your site was not on hold, so I edited the order and set the status of the order to “On Hold”. You can see the result here: https://postimg.cc/yJrQr49r.

    You can modify the product’s social networks by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Sharing. From there, you can check and modify all available settings. For a better reference, please refer to the image provided here: https://ibb.co/wrnbXW6.

    Additionally, you can modify the telephone number and email by navigating to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Check Custom HTML widget settings. From there, you can see which static block is used and then go to Dashboard > Static Block and edit/modify the particular static block with a page builder (Elementor) as per your needs.     We regret to inform you that there is no option available in our theme for the product columns on the mobile version only. However, you can achieve this by using Custom CSS. Please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.
