Customizer keeps loading infinitely grey screen #2

    Hi Tony,

    I’m trying to enter the customizer to add some css (https://www.8theme.com/topic/white-space-on-the-right-side-on-tablet-and-phone/), but it’s not working the way you told me. I disabled B2BKing, in the night to not mess with my shop, and cleared cache on my pc, but I’m still getting infinite load.

    Is there something I am forgetting? I’ve tried everything it seems.

    Hello, @Ivo Eijgenraam,

    I have checked your site now and found that the issue persist.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Please also share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me as well in the private content area of this topic as listed below, so that I will look into it for you on your site.

    I have tried to disable all but the required plugins and clear cache, but its not working for me.

    Shared admin credentials in private.

    I have just logged in to your site and found that the Customizer is now working properly for me. Attached is a screenshot of the result: https://postimg.cc/fk2XwZMz. It is likely that the issue was related to a cache issue on your end.

    We recommend that you clear the cache on your site and browser and check back. If the issue persists, please try to check it on a different browser.

    Hi Tony,

    I’ve tried a different browser and clearing cache, even using CCleaner to clear all. Still I’m only getting https://postimg.cc/w7Z9j1Hx.

    Did you do this without disabling plugins even?

    I’m really confused as to why it’s working on your side. Is there anything else I can try?

    We have noticed that all the plugins on your website are now activated. Could you please try deactivating any third-party plugins and clear your cache to see if the issue persists?

    If the problem persists, please let us know with the third-party plugins deactivated so we can further investigate the issue.

    If deactivating the third-party plugins resolves the issue, you will need to activate them one at a time to identify which plugin is causing the problem.
