    2. We have noticed that when products without a price are added to the cart on the shop page, they are directed to the single product page.     5. It is not possible to use CSS for the description content as it has been added using Custom HTML code with the same tags (e.g. h4, li, ul, etc.). If CSS is applied to one of them, it will affect the other as well. The best solution would be to re-add the description using the page builder.

    You may need to use an additional plugin to achieve this.

    Unfortunately, we cannot recommend which plugin to use as it depends on your needs. We suggest that you contact the support of WooCommerce for their advice.

    We also suggest that you disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing this, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and allow us to debug your site. This will involve deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations so that we can investigate the issue further.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before doing this.
