Is there a possibility to translate this into spanish
I could not find a solution to translate this in the template customize nor in the WooCommerce settings

If the answer is yes, how do I add Loco’s subtitles buttons in the header section?

If you want to create a multilanguage site you need a special plugin for these purposes https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/ Support of the plugin should guide you. The plugin will give a language switcher widget also.
