    In order to display the Mobile Filter button, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout. There, you must select the Sidebar Position For Mobile as Off-Canvas and save the settings.

    Unfortunately, our theme does not have the functionality you are looking for. You may be able to find a third-party plugin that meets your requirements, but please note that this is done at your own risk.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    If you would like to change your website to a right-to-left (RTL) format, you will need to change the main language of the site to any RTL language. This will automatically convert your website to the RTL version.

    For translating the site, you can use the Loco Translate plugin. For more information, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/.

    Please go to Loco >> Themes >> XStore and edit the particular translation language, then click the SYNC button. After that, search and translate the words as needed.

    Next, go to Loco >> Plugins >> XStore-Core and edit the particular translation language, then click the SYNC button. After that, search and translate the words as needed.

    Finally, go to Loco >> Plugins >> WooCommerce and edit the particular translation language, then click the SYNC button. After that, search and translate the words as needed.

    Please provide us with wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area, so that we will import the demo for you on your site.
