WPBakery fronteditor not loading all website

    Hello,

    Please help, not sure if it’s a theme problem or a plug-in but it worked when I first made the website, now, when I want to edit the home page layout in WPBakery, Frontend Editor, the website is not fully loading, aka making impossible to edit.

    the order goes like this:
    1. Revolution Slider – element is visible – even though slider is not playing
    2. Product category – element is visible – can be edited
    3. Text Block – element visible – can be edited
    4. Revolution Slider – element is visible – even though slider is not playing
    5. Product category – from here… the website is no longer loading.

    Hello, @Andymy,

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello,

    I did as advised, and the problem persisted. I also tested it on a different browser.
    I think it has to do with the element having an animation applied. Anyway, I did a back up of the website, please proceed with the debugg-ing
    My biggest wish is to be able to use WPBakery as it was intended and customize my website alone.
