    Hello Stelio,

Thank you for providing the login details for your site. I have logged in and the issue persists even when logged in. Please refer to the screenshot at the following link: https://postimg.cc/c6hL6Vnd

In order to resolve the issue, I have assigned a custom class to the section on the cart page, as shown in the screenshot at the following link: https://postimg.cc/47BRNRFM.

I have also set the custom CSS to fix the issue, as shown in the screenshot at the following link: https://postimg.cc/cKxD1tyx.

The resulting screenshot can be found at the following link: https://postimg.cc/Lh1Vp3Yk.

    Hello, @robert,

The SubstituteMaxLineLength value is typically used in the Exim mail server configuration rather than the WHM (Web Host Manager) interface.

To modify the SubstituteMaxLineLength value in Exim, you can follow these steps:

    1. Login to your server via SSH as the root user.

    2. Open the Exim configuration file using a text editor such as vi or nano. The location of the file may vary depending on your server setup, but it is usually located at /etc/exim.conf or /etc/exim/exim.conf.

    3. Search for the line that begins with “substitutes” or “substitute” in the configuration file.

    4. If the line does not exist, add it to the configuration file.

    5. Add the “max_linelength” parameter to the substitutes configuration line, as shown below:

    substitutes:
    driver = plaintext
    max_linelength = 5000

    6. Save the changes to the configuration file and exit the text editor.

    7. Restart the Exim service to apply the changes. You can do this by running the following command:

    service exim restart

After completing these steps, the SubstituteMaxLineLength value should be set to the value you specified in the Exim configuration file.

Alternatively, please try to reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance on this matter.

    Kind Regards,
    8Themes Team.

    Hello @syndr0me,

Thank you for selecting XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

The categories in the mobile menu are sourced from the product > categories section. You can reorder the categories there and the changes will be reflected in both the mobile and desktop versions. Please follow the steps below.

    1. You can rearrange the product categories in the sidebar by going to Appearance > Widgets in your WordPress dashboard. Please refer to the screenshots provided for further assistance.

    2. You can edit product categories under Dashboard > Product > Categories, where you can set the category order according to your needs. For a better reference, please watch this video: https://www.veed.io/view/d521d66c-81ea-433b-99cd-73f2040c618d?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    Hello @PR,

Thank you for your inquiry. At this time, you are able to add a maximum of five HTML blocks. If you require more than this, please explain the architecture of your project that necessitates additional blocks. It may be more efficient to create one static block with a variety of content and select it in one of the HTML blocks, rather than creating multiple HTML blocks with different content.

If you would like to submit a request for additional HTML blocks, please do so here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/.

We appreciate your interest in 8Theme and look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello @PR,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but you will need to adjust the Minimum Width (Px) setting under XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single product Builder > Add to Cart & quantity. For your reference, please see the attached image: https://postimg.cc/s18QKTCC

If the issue persists, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, we kindly ask that you deactivate all third-party plugins on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:

    Hello @Stelio,

It appears that you have created the Cart page using the Elementor page builder and have set a custom max-width, which is causing the issue on your site. Please refer to the screenshots provided at the following links: https://postimg.cc/2LvxJkRW & https://postimg.cc/LqbB8Ymf

To resolve the issue, you will need to find and remove the max width by editing the column of the Elementor on that page.

    Hello, @Vlad ,

Thank you for selecting XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

To remove the wishlist icon from the Products Carousel on the main/home page, simply edit the home page with Elementor > edit the Product Carousel element > Content > Hover Effects > Show Wishlist Button > Turn OFF and save the settings. For a better reference, please see the image provided: https://postimg.cc/w39Q2p3S

If you are using the built-in wishlist functionality, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Built-in Wishlist > Enable Built-In Wishlist > Turn OFF and save settings. For a better reference, please see the image provided: https://postimg.cc/PC0BvxfG

If you are using a wishlist plugin on your site, we recommend that you delete the plugin as this will also remove the wishlist icons.

    Hello @TY King,

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) provides general options to style your Shop page, however, it is not possible to exactly replicate all the styles and colors of the book store Shop page to your site, as you have already imported the other demo on your site, which has set the default coloring under Theme Options.

If you wish to achieve the same look, we suggest you to install a fresh WordPress on localhost and install the theme on it. Then, import the bookstore demo and check and copy each style from localhost to your live site for your Shop page.

Alternatively, you can reset your WordPress and then import the fresh new Book Store demo on your site. This will import the same Shop page on your live site, and then you can use Xstore Studio to import other demo home page on your site as per your requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/

    Hello @steve.li.vt,

Thank you for providing us with the video of your issue. We have tested your site on a browser width of 1639px and it is working perfectly for us with no issues. We have captured a detailed video for you, which you can view here: https://www.veed.io/view/b223a911-1689-4e73-bdfb-458447486e8b?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

It appears that this is a cache issue on your end, so please try clearing the cache and checking again.

Additionally, we have the “Disable Old Browser Support” option in our theme under XStore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization, which you can try using.

    Hello Sean,

One possible reason for the issue could be that the CDN is caching outdated content, which may cause conflicts with the updated content on your website. In this case, you can try clearing the cache on your CDN to ensure that it’s serving the latest version of your website.

Another possibility is that the CDN is not properly configured or optimized for your website. You can reach out to your CDN provider’s support team for assistance in optimizing your CDN configuration.

Additionally, it’s important to ensure that your website is properly optimized for speed and performance, including optimizing images, minimizing code, and reducing the number of external requests. By doing so, you can ensure that your website remains fast and accessible, regardless of whether you’re using a CDN or not.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team.
