The modification not showing on the frontend

Hi
I installed the latest XStore but if I change something on the header it will not showing on the frontend
What’s wrong?

We recommend that you navigate to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, set them to Off and save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
