    We understand that you are having an issue with the translation files being in the wrong folder, which causes them to be overridden each time you update the theme. We suggest that you keep the translated files in the wp-content/languages/themes/ folder so that they will not be lost when you update the theme.

    Hello @mktnegocios,

    Thank you for your inquiry. The Side Menu you are referring to is actually not a Menu, but a widget that can be set from Appearance >> Widgets >> Shop Sidebar.

    Unfortunately, there is no option in our theme to style it, but it will take on the default style of the widget. If you would like to style it, you will need to use Custom CSS. You can refer to this website to understand how to pick the selector and apply the style using Custom CSS: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_selectors.asp

    1) In order to resolve your issue, please edit the shop page and select Breadcrumbs styles as “Left Inline” and publish it. After that, please clear the browser cache and check back to your site.     b) Make sure you have selected the correct country from the dropdown menu.

    c) If you are using an auto-fill feature in your browser, ensure that the correct information is being filled in the fields.

    We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    It appears that the issue is due to your server not meeting the requirements of the theme and plugins. To resolve this, please contact your service provider and ask them to adjust the server requirements to meet the theme requirements.     Once the two steps have been completed, please let us know which demo version you would like to import so that we can do it for you. Do you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Our theme provides three styles of the checkout page, which you can set by using the Advance Cart/Checkout Layout option under XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce.

    The available styles are Classic, Multistep, and Separated.

    Unfortunately, there is no other way to change the layout of the checkout page, except through Customization or by using a third-party plugin.

    Hello Juergen,

    1) In order to deactivate the CDN on your site, we recommend that you contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to flush the complete CDN and server cache and disable the CDN for your website until you are in the development process.

    2) We have reviewed your website and applied the Lato font to the Typography settings. The font appears to be working correctly in the Elementor Live mode (see link: https://postimg.cc/gnjkgqzq), however, it is not appearing on the frontend (see link: https://postimg.cc/t1XczDy9). If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

    We suggest that you attempt to temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, and clear the browser cache, and then check again.

    Alternatively, if you wish to filter by weight (under the Additional Information tab), you may need to consider a third-party plugin that better meets your requirements or contact the support team of the WooCommerce plugin for further advice.
