    We recommend that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. If you would like to remove the shipping calculator from the Cart page, please navigate to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping >> Shipping Options and uncheck the option “Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page”.     Default product sorting refers to the default order in which products are displayed on a category or shop page on a WooCommerce website. When a customer visits a category page or the shop page on a WooCommerce website, they will see a list of products displayed in a certain order.

    The default product sorting options can be configured by the website owner or administrator in the WooCommerce settings. The available default sorting options include:

    Default sorting: This is usually the default setting, and it sorts products in ascending order by date, with the newest products first.

    Popularity: This sorting option displays the most popular products first, based on the number of sales or views.

    Rating: This option sorts products by their average rating, with the highest-rated products first.

    Price: This option sorts products by their price, either from lowest to highest or highest to lowest.

    Alphabetical: This option sorts products in alphabetical order based on their names.

    You will find the settings for it under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog

    This is the default functionality of WooCommerce and our theme does not have any influence on it. To confirm this, you can try changing the theme on your site to the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, and you will experience the same behavior.

    You can choose one of the default sorting options or create your own custom sorting option using plugins or code. Additionally, you can change the sorting order of products on a category or shop page using the sorting dropdown menu on the page.

    1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.

    2 Click on the Products tab and then the “Advanced” sub-tab.

    3. Make sure that the “Enable reviews” checkbox is ticked. If not, enable it and save the changes.

    To add a reviews tab to your product pages, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder > Tabs > Elements. This tab will display all of the reviews and ratings that have been left for that product (see the attached image for reference). https://postimg.cc/ns12LwPQ

    1)We have reviewed your website and edited the footer static block using Elementor. The changes are visible in both the backend and front-end. The issue was due to the fact that the footer static block was created using Elementor and could not be edited using WP Bakery Page Builder.

    It is not recommended to use two page builders simultaneously on the same website. Using multiple page builders can cause conflicts, errors. It is best to choose one page builder that suits your needs and stick with it. This will ensure that your website runs smoothly and efficiently without any conflicts.
