How exactly the email builder function for woocommerce hook works

Hello thank you for your great theme, is there any tutorial to see how exactly the wc hook element works in the email builder? I tried to make it work but there is no content there to work with it just has a placeholder and nothing else.

Additionally, while we do not have specific documentation on the use of WooCommerce hooks, we do use the default WooCommerce hooks and functions to load templates. You may also find this guide helpful: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-emails/.
