    Hello, Ms Morbenia Morbeck,

    1. It sounds like you are experiencing difficulties accessing certain features in WooCommerce, such as General Products Tax Shipping Payments Accounts and privacy Emails Integration Advanced Multi-currency Subscriptions.

    Regarding the message “This is where your business is located. Tax rates and shipping fees will use this address,” it is a standard message that appears when you set up your store’s address in the WooCommerce settings. You can update this information in your store’s General settings, under the “Address” tab.

    As for the issue with accessing the buttons, it could be due to a variety of reasons. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

    a) Make sure you are logged in with an account that has administrative access to the site.

    b) Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try logging in again and accessing the buttons.

    c) Check if there are any plugin conflicts that may be causing the issue. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and see if the buttons become accessible. If so, then you can re-enable the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    2. If your business is located in Peru, but your products are manufactured and shipped from other countries, you will need to configure WooCommerce to properly handle taxes and payments. Here are some steps you can follow:

    Set up your store location: In WooCommerce settings, under the “General” tab, set your store location to Peru. This will help WooCommerce calculate the correct taxes based on your location.

    Configure tax settings: Under the “Tax” tab in WooCommerce settings, you can set up tax rates for different regions. You will need to research the tax laws in the countries where your products are manufactured and shipped from, and set up tax rates accordingly.

    Choose a payment gateway: WooCommerce supports a variety of payment gateways that you can use to accept payments from customers. You will need to choose a payment gateway that is supported in Peru and can handle international transactions.

    Set up shipping zones: Under the “Shipping” tab in WooCommerce settings, you can set up shipping zones for different regions. You will need to research the shipping costs and options for the countries where your products are manufactured and shipped from, and set up shipping zones accordingly.

    Test your settings: Once you have configured your tax, payment, and shipping settings, make sure to test them thoroughly to ensure everything is working as expected.

    It’s also important to keep in mind that tax and payment laws can vary depending on the countries involved, so it may be helpful to consult with a tax or legal professional to ensure that your store is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

    3.There are several LCL (Less than Container Load) and Container shipping companies that you can use to ship your products from China to Peru. Here are a few options:

    a) DHL: DHL offers both LCL and container shipping options for international shipments. They have a global network of shipping routes and can handle customs clearance and other logistics.

    b) FedEx: FedEx also offers LCL and container shipping services for international shipments. They have a variety of shipping options and can handle customs clearance and other logistics.

    c) Maersk: Maersk is a global shipping company that offers both LCL and container shipping services. They have a strong presence in Asia and can handle customs clearance and other logistics.

    When using WooCommerce, you can integrate with shipping carriers using various shipping plugins available in the WooCommerce marketplace, such as ShipStation, ShipWorks, or Shippo. These plugins allow you to print shipping labels, manage orders, and track shipments from within the WooCommerce dashboard. You will need to choose a plugin that is compatible with the shipping carrier you choose to use.

    Further you can contact WooCommerce support and ask their suggestion on these points as well: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello, @GNC,

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    Hello, @phorumdm,

    1. We kindly request that you copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check back to your site.

    .woocommerce-checkout p#billing_address_1_field label {
    top: 10px !important;
    }

    2. We have tested your site product page on our personal mobile phone and it appears to be functioning correctly. The GTIN, Category, and SKU are all appearing on different lines and are properly aligned. We have also captured a video of the test for your reference. Hello, @David Zoque,

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    This is regarding the cross-sells products that are displayed in the cart off canvas. You can turn this feature on or off from XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Cart >> linked Products Type, as shown in the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/rDszCvX9.

    If you wish to change or edit the cross-sells products, you will need to edit the particular product and change or remove the cross-sells products from that product.

    Hello, @webpars,

    To add a font to your site by CSS codes and have it automatically loaded in all parts of your site, you can use the @font-face rule to define the font family and specify the path to the font files.

    Here’s an example of how to add the Tahoma font to your site using CSS:

    css
    Copy code

    @font-face {
      font-family: 'Tahoma';
      src: url('path/to/tahoma.ttf') format('truetype');
    }
    body {
      font-family: 'Tahoma', sans-serif;
    }

    In this example, the @font-face rule defines the font family name as ‘Tahoma’ and specifies the path to the font file (tahoma.ttf) using the src property. The format property is set to ‘truetype’ to specify the file format.

    Then, the body selector applies the ‘Tahoma’ font family to the entire page, with a fallback to the sans-serif font family in case the custom font cannot be loaded.

    You’ll need to replace the path/to/tahoma.ttf with the actual path to the Tahoma font file on your server. If you have multiple font files for different formats (such as .woff and .woff2), you can include them in the src property separated by commas.

    Once you’ve added the CSS code to your site, the Tahoma font should be automatically loaded and applied to all text on your site.

    Further, you can check here: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css3_fonts.asp#:~:text=The%20CSS%20%40font%2Dface%20Rule&text=When%20you%20have%20found%2Fbought,CSS%20%40font%2Dface%20rule.

    Additionally, you can try with Xstore WordPress has a feature called “Custom Fonts” which allows you to upload custom fonts to be used throughout the site, please read and follow the instruction written in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-setup-custom-fonts-with-xstore/

    We hope this will resolve your issue.
