Shop Banner image changing size even after setting the size

Hi,

I tried to put an image in Shop Banner place. Though its very big size and great resolution image…..its not coming properly……

The width stretches but the height also changes…….giving the width and height dimensions also don’t work and the image looks blurred also…

Please tell how to fix this…

Added the banner but its not allowing to change the height…..

Yes I have disabled the banner when it was not looking good……

I have made the banner and its appearing Good….however I wanted to know if “is it possible to disable banner on the mobile site” ??

I want No banner on the hsop page on Mobile or Tablet version of website……Please tell how to do it?
