on shop page catalog how to change product colomn from 3 row to 5 please check picture

In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Default View and select the “5 column grid” option. Please see the attached image for reference. https://postimg.cc/TLQY89n9

Hello, @GNC,

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

https://woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/

It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

Also, it would be better to disable “Stretch product images option” option via Theme Options.
