Thank you for your prompt response.

    Hello, @Fantasy Prints,

We would like to inform you that there are two distinct types of product attributes available in WooCommerce: local and global product attributes. Although both are referred to as attributes in WooCommerce, their functionalities differ.

Global attributes are properties that can be found in the WP-Admin under Product > Attributes. Any attributes created here are on a global website level and can be utilized with all products.

On the other hand, local attributes are created when you create or edit a product. These attributes cannot be used for filtering and are only visible on the product page itself.

For our variation swatches, only global attributes can be used. You can find more information on this at https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A.

Regrettably, the functionality you are seeking with local attributes is not feasible. We recommend exploring third-party plugins that may better suit your needs.

We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

We have conducted a thorough examination of your website using a personal mobile device and we are pleased to inform you that we did not encounter any issues. The wishlist feature appears to be functioning as expected.

    Hello, @Antonio,

It sounds like you’re facing an issue with variable products on your website after adding them via an API. Variable products typically involve different product variations (e.g., different sizes or colors) that customers can select on the frontend. If nothing is working on the frontend for these variable products, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Check API Integration: Ensure that the API integration you’re using to add variable products is working correctly. Double-check the API documentation and the data you’re sending to ensure it’s formatted correctly.

    2. Product Data Validation: Make sure that the product data you’re adding via the API includes all necessary attributes for variable products, such as variations, prices, stock levels, and attributes (e.g., size, color).

    3. Theme and Template Compatibility: Please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty Three, just to make sure that the issue is because of our theme or not.

If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it means, our theme is not responsible for those issues, and in that case, you have to contact WooCommerce support.

    4. Cache and CDN: If you’re using caching plugins or content delivery networks (CDNs), clear the cache and ensure that these services are not causing display issues.

Remember to make backups and test any changes in a safe environment before applying them to your live website to avoid disruptions.

    Best Regards,

    Hello, @Kissan,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about Brotli, a compression algorithm developed by Google. Brotli is designed to enhance compression and decompression speed while maintaining optimal compression ratios. By utilizing Brotli compression, you can expedite content delivery on your website by compressing your assets prior to transmitting them to the client’s browser.

Here are the steps to use Brotli compression for optimizing your website’s content delivery:

    1. Verify Brotli Support: Prior to implementing Brotli compression, ensure that your web server is compatible with Brotli. Numerous contemporary web servers such as Apache, Nginx, and LiteSpeed are equipped with Brotli support. If you are uncertain, please refer to your server’s documentation or consult with your hosting provider.

    2. Asset Compression: To employ Brotli compression, it is necessary to compress your website’s assets. This includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other static files. There are multiple methods to achieve this:

    a. Manual Compression:
    b. Automatic Compression:

For additional information, we recommend referring to the Brotli documentation: https://docs.nginx.com/nginx/admin-guide/dynamic-modules/brotli/

    3. Testing and Monitoring: Upon implementing Brotli compression, it is crucial to conduct comprehensive testing of your website to ensure its proper functioning. Online tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix can be used to assess your website’s performance. Furthermore, monitor your server’s resource usage to verify that Brotli compression is not causing any complications.

Please be aware that Brotli is a third-party service. For any further inquiries, it would be advisable to contact Brotli support directly.
