    Hello, @Gaurav,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve encountered. It appears that something has gone awry. We kindly ask that you first disable 3rd party plugins (including Kirki Customizer Framework plugin) on the site. After that again activate the XStore Core plugin on your site.

In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We look forward to hearing from you soon. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello, @jimmy-17,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with the quote confirmation message in WooCommerce Storefront. We understand the importance of a seamless quoting process and are committed to resolving this matter for you.

To determine whether the issue is specific to your theme, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

    a) Switch your current theme to “WooCommerce Storefront,” the default theme that comes bundled with WooCommerce.

    b) Add a product to your quote list and check if the confirmation message “Quote added to quote list” is displayed. To understand is it our theme issue or not?

If the issue persists even with the WooCommerce Storefront theme, it could suggest a potential plugin conflict or a broader compatibility concern. In this scenario, We suggest that you contact the support team of WooCommerce (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/) for further assistance.

    Hello, @Hanzla Nadeem,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you are experiencing with the bottom header on your website.

    c) Select “Header Builder” from the available options.
    d) Locate the “Sticky Header” settings within the Header Builder.
    e) Turn off the option for the Bottom Sticky Header.

    Hello, @Luis,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We kindly request you to read and adhere to the instructions provided in the official Elementor article, which can be accessed via the following link: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-widget-panel-not-loading/

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,

    Hello, @Luis,

We hope this message finds you well. Thank you for bringing the recent update issue to our attention.

The error message you encountered, stating that the update was not able to install due to permissions or inconsistent files, is a common occurrence in WordPress and WooCommerce websites. This message typically appears when the update process encounters difficulties accessing or modifying certain files and directories on your server.

However, it’s encouraging to hear that upon refreshing the page, the plugin appears to be functioning normally. This might suggest that the update was partially successful, and the subsequent refresh resolved any lingering issues.

Clear Cache: Sometimes, caching plugins or server-side caching mechanisms can cause display inconsistencies after an update. Clearing your website cache can help resolve these issues.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
