    Hello, @lew-shop,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ We regret to inform you that we are experiencing difficulty accessing the video you have provided in the private content area. It appears that the video is no longer available. https://ibb.co/V9pYGWr

    2/ Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    Hello, @TronShop,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ We are pleased to inform you that XStore includes a functionality known as “Estimated Delivery,” which enables you to showcase the anticipated delivery date on the single product page of your website. For detailed guidance on utilizing this feature, we kindly invite you to consult our theme documentation at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/xstore-setup-booster-sales-estimate-delivery/

    Should you prefer a solution that more closely aligns with your specific needs, you are welcome to consider the use of a third-party plugin. Please be advised that the implementation of third-party plugins is to be undertaken at your discretion and responsibility.

    2/ We would like to inform you that it is possible to include Additional Information, such as Product Trial Days and Warranty Period, on each single product page. This can be accomplished by navigating to Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Builder within your site’s administrative panel.

    For your convenience, we have prepared a tutorial video that demonstrates this process. We encourage you to view this video for further guidance. https://www.veed.io/view/1913cb86-6142-4318-8445-995cb5828fed?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    Hello, @TronShop,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your inquiry.

    We would like to inform you that the font sizes on the cart and checkout pages are currently set to inherit the default body font size specified within your theme settings. This can be adjusted by navigating to Xstore >> Theme Options >> Typography. For your convenience, I have provided screenshots illustrating this setting: https://ibb.co/tLNdGV6 & https://ibb.co/4dhGHBt.

    Should you wish to customize the font size for specific sections on the Checkout page, you will need to apply Custom CSS code. This code can be entered by going to Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. Once there, you may modify the font size within the provided code to suit your preferences. Below is an example of the CSS code that can be used:

    .etheme-cart-checkout-accordion .accordion-title span {
        font-size: 14px !important;
    }
    .woocommerce-checkout-review-order-table .cart_item .product-name {
        font-size: 12px !important;
    }

    Please feel free to adjust the numerical values to meet your specific font size requirements.

    Hello, @Mathew,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ “Out of stock” text comes from WooCommerce plugin. You can contact WC support to get assistance with it, or use translation files to change the text: install Loco translate plugin, go to Loco translate > plugins > woocommerce > edit English translation > Save changes, then you can disable the Loco plugin. For example – http://prntscr.com/qma5vl > http://prntscr.com/qma5zj

    2/ We kindly request that you provide us with the URL of the web page where you wish to modify the size and color of the brand name, as well as adjust its position. This information is essential for us to accurately assess the changes required and to furnish you with the appropriate custom CSS code to address your needs.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you promptly.

    3/ A/ We understand that you wish to modify the size of the brand image on the single product page to be larger than the default setting. To achieve this, please follow the steps outlined below:

    2. Proceed to “Theme Options”.
    3. Click on “Theme Custom CSS”.

        max-width: 240px !important;
    }

    Please note that you have the flexibility to alter the max-height and max-width values in the code to suit your specific requirements.

    Hello, @atipikall,

    Thank you for your response.

    We appreciate your patience as we address your concern. To rectify the issue you are experiencing, we kindly ask that you proceed to the following location within your theme settings: XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder. Once there, please ensure that you add only a single Connection Block widget. This action should help minimize the gap between the menu and the icons on the right side.

    We would also like to inform you that the spacing between the connection blocks in the header is a standard feature determined by the header’s width and column configuration. Currently, there is no available option to alter this spacing directly.

    Thank you for your understanding. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Warm regards,

    Hello, @buf,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ We would be glad to help you with this issue, however, speed optimization is out of the scope of our support as website speed depends on various factors that we do not control.
    Here are main factors and recommendations:
    – Plugins. When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugins that you don’t use. The more plugins you use, the slower it will be.
    – Caching. The most important part of optimizing your site is caching. Combine cached page with gzip compression to get better results. Select cache plugin, then follow their documentation and contact their support to get assistance.
    – Images. Use optimized images only otherwise you will have big images and a slow loading time. Do not upload larger images than what is needed.
    There are different ways on how to compress images. Use special services or WordPress plugins to optimize your images for decreased loading times: tinypng.com for example https://prnt.sc/sVkQkCpO-gL3 , Compressor.io, Kraken.io, EWWW Image Optimizer, Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin.
    – Server/Hosting. Sometimes slow speed can be a result of your hosting service. If you have checked the above items and the site is still slow, most likely it is a server/hosting issue. Contact your host and discuss it with them. Because even with the default WP theme site speed could be slow.
    – CDN. Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) CDNs can give an equally fast web experience to your users across the globe. We use CDN on our demos.

    How to Speed Up a Slow Site With Elementor – https://elementor.com/help/speed-up-a-slow-site/

    2/ Google Pagespeed (and now GTmetrix) always scores 20-50 points mobile performance for 99% of websites built with WordPress. However, our demos work very fast on mobile devices. We suggest you test it on a few mobile devices and you will see that there are no real performance problems.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello, @atipikall,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Upon review, we have observed that the width of the theme options panel is currently maximized, or the screen size may be too small to effectively display the live preview. Consequently, you may be viewing the site in live customizer mode.

    To resolve this, we kindly suggest that you publish the changes made within the customizer/live mode. Afterward, please revisit the site’s front-end to assess the updates.

    We hope this guidance proves beneficial to you. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello, @Tom,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    We have identified a solution to the issue you are experiencing with the mobile version of your website. To rectify the problem, we kindly ask that you deactivate the XStore AMP plugin. This can be done by navigating to your WordPress dashboard, selecting ‘Plugins’, and then ‘Installed Plugins’.

    Upon deactivation, you should notice that the issue with displaying the mobile version of your site is resolved. It seems that the problem is specifically linked to the XStore AMP plugin.

    Could you please inform us whether you intend to utilize the AMP version of your website? If you do not plan to use it, we suggest keeping the XStore AMP plugin disabled to prevent any further issues.

    We appreciate your attention to this matter and are here to provide any further assistance you may require.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
