    Hello, @WayneC,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

2/ Upon a thorough review of your website, we have identified that the concurrent use of two page builders, specifically Elementor and WPBakery, is leading to compatibility issues. To ensure optimal functionality and performance of your site, we strongly advise that you utilize only one page builder at any given time.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you in resolving this matter.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We kindly suggest that you clear your browser’s cache completely and attempt to access the website once more. For your convenience, we have provided images below that serve as a reference for the observed functionality:

    Hello, @khurram virk,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We regret to inform you that achieving your desired result with the XStore 360 product viewer widget is currently not feasible. While we understand this may be disappointing, we suggest considering the use of a third-party plugin as an alternative solution. Please be advised that if you choose to proceed with a third-party plugin, it will be at your own discretion and risk.

2/ If you are using the Smart Product plugin for 360 product images and facing issue, please activate a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to help isolate the problem. This can be done by navigating to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ within your WordPress dashboard.

Once the default theme is activated, please monitor your site for the issue in question.

This diagnostic check is crucial in determining the root cause of the problem and will greatly assist us in providing you with the appropriate support. Let us know the result.

Additionally, we strongly advise that you create a complete backup of your website before making any changes. This precautionary measure is to ensure the safety and integrity of your data.

Should the problem continue to occur while utilizing the default WordPress theme (Storefront), we kindly request that you reach out to the plugin’s author or their support team for further assistance.

Once the functionality is confirmed to be correct with the default WordPress theme (Storefront), please provide your site’s WP-Admin and FTP credentials in a secure, private content area. This will enable us to examine your settings in detail and offer the necessary support.

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins.

    Hello, @Natasa,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option in (XStore > Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other and will not improve the speed together.

And “ Static block cache, Menu cache and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources.” under XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization After doing so, please clear your mobile browser’s cache and verify the outcome.

We trust this will resolve your issue. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
