    We regret to inform you that, at present, the XStore theme does not support searching by attributes through the header search feature.

    Our theme has search by the products, product SKU, pages, posts (Theme Options > Header builder > Search). If you want to have any other types of search (by attributes, category title, tags etc) you can use an additional plugin or submit additional customization requests https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel

    In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header builder >> Contacts element and delete the existing elements then add them again from scratch.

    As an example, the “Url For Field” for a phone number should be formatted as “tel:+xxxxxxxxxx” and for an email address as “mailto:your_email”.

It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
