I haven’t been able to figure out how to remove the top part on my header with a static block

There is a message at the top of my header that reads ” Selected static block was removed or unpublishes” I haven’t been able to figure out where to take that out and need help with that.

Files is visible for topic creator and

To address the issue you are experiencing, kindly navigate to the ‘Appearance’ section, then proceed to ‘Widgets’, > Header banner > followed by ‘Static Blocks’. Please review this area to ascertain if any empty static blocks have been inadvertently added. If such blocks are present, you have the option to either remove the widget or configure the static blocks accordingly.

Should the problem persist, we would request that you provide us with a screenshot depicting the issue, along with the URL of the affected page.
