    Hello, @Abdul,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1/ We kindly request that you deactivate all third-party plugins (including cache plugin) on your site, with the exception of those that are essential for its operation.

    2/ We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Please do the reset, and import the demo site again with only one page builder (Elementor or WP-bakery) on your site.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We hope this helps.

    If the issue persists, please reset your site and let us know which demo site you wish to import and provide your site wp-admin access in the private content area so that we can import the demo on your site and help you.

    Hello, @albaghlisponge,

    1/ To reduce the size of the featured image on single post, please add this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    .single-post article.blog-post .wp-picture {
        max-width: 500px;
        margin: 15px auto;
    }

    2/ We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been resolved. We kindly ask you to clear your browser cache and revisit your site to confirm that the product short description is now displaying correctly.

    Please note that the root cause of the issue was related to the use of a custom layout for the single product page, which you have set up under XStore Builders > Single Product Builder via Elementor. When a custom layout is applied through Elementor, the standard theme options are overridden and will not apply.

    To make any further adjustments to the single product page, you will need to edit the custom layout directly in the XStore Builders > Single Product Builder via Elementor. For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation: [XStore Single Product Builder with Elementor](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/).

    For your reference, we have included a screenshot in the private content area of your account.

    3/ We would like to inform you that WPML is a premium plugin designed to facilitate multilingual translations on your website.

    When you are ready to add additional languages, WPML is a powerful plugin that we recommend for creating a multilingual website. It is compatible with XStore and will enable you to manage translations across multiple languages efficiently https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ . WPML also offers multi-currency functionality, which should cover your needs for both multilingualism and multi-currency support.

    Alternatively, Loco Translate is a complimentary plugin that enables on-site translations through the Dashboard. For further information, please visit: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

    Should you require translation for a single language, we recommend utilizing the Loco Translate. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/

    Once you have completed the development of your website, we advise you to reactivate the cache plugin and CDN. Doing so will help to increase your website’s speed and improve overall performance.

    Hello, @fahd,

    2/ To address your issue, we recommend utilizing two slide widgets on your website. This approach will allow you to display different images on desktop and mobile devices effectively.

    Please configure the widgets as follows:
    1. Set the first slide widget to be hidden on mobile and tablet devices. You can do this by navigating to Advanced > Responsive Settings in the widget’s configuration.
    2. Set the second slide widget to be hidden on desktop. This setting can also be found under Advanced > Responsive Settings.

    This setup ensures that each device displays the appropriate images, enhancing user experience across platforms.

    For your reference, we have included a visual guide in the private content area of our support forum.
