It is recommended to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.

You can use custom CSS code:

You can’t put it instead of Quick view, but try the next: go Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Add To Cart With Quantity > off, Product Content Effect > change it depends on your needs, for example – https://prnt.sc/22fdhag
Quick view can be disabled via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Quick view > Enable Quick View > Off
