If menu static block content was created using Elementor, you can use Elementor to edit it only . Go to Elementor > Settings > Post types > enable for static blocks.
Do not use WPBakery and Elementor to edit the same content, because it can create a mess in content structure.
If you want to use WPBakery to edit menu static blocks, create such blocks from scratch and select them for the menu. Here you can find some videos about menu – https://www.youtube.com/c/8theme/videos

1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
2/ Theme Options > Header builder > Search > disable search by pages.
3/ Custom CSS code can be used for this.
