Demo used image sizes not aligned like in demo

on my site the images are not aligned, I’ve tried in all ways and all the commands, it’s only in the top column, in the column below the problem doesn’t seem to occur.

in fact the problem is already general, on the products page in related products has also started to happen. I’ve already set the thumbnail to 1:1 but the command is clearly not working.

All thumbnails are misaligned, please help!

I don’t see any issue with the related products image https://prnt.sc/231bwcx All of them are 1:1. Could you, please, provide us with link to product with the issue?

Thanks for the screenshots. On which page they were taken? Provide URL of such page/product, because we can’t find products with such situation in the related products section.
