Make sure that product type is variable.
Unfortunately, the sale countdown doesn’t work correctly for variable products, it can be configured correctly for Simple products only.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Were products created manually or imported? It looks like an issue with import, so we can’t help in this case.
We can’t check your site, there is a critical error shown. Provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

if it suits to your wishes then we can add next css globally in next update
otherwise if it does not make what you expect then we have to rewrite few files for you in your child-theme/ because it is not possible to make everything compatible with everything but anytime we can try to :). Thanks for understanding !

Empty categories are not displayed in the search.
Menu content comes from Appearance > Menus (product categories should be enabled via Speen Options).
