Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin? How does it work when a default theme, like Storefront, is activated on your site?

It’s related to the speed of the scripts loading. Elementor and our theme use scripts to make full-width row, and apply styles, so it does not display like full width till the necessary scripts loaded. You can enable site preloader to hide that effect or try to speed up the scripts loading using cache plugin, improve server speed settings.
