We would like to use some other layouts for About us page. How can we set About us page from another demo.

Hello,

As I can see, you are using WPBakery, so you can Import page – https://youtu.be/wkIKN2IyEZI and add it into the menu via Appearance > Menus.

It is showing a message Successfully Imported. But the elements are not getting imported.

You provide URL of the Elementor demo, it can’t be imported, because it is another page builder, not WPBakery.
This is URL of WPB demo – https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/minimalist-outfits/minimalist-outfits-about-us/ , imported on your site, check test02 page, please.
