Please, I am trying to import the classic demo but it is not going through. It has been downloading for over an hour now. Please, I need help.

Hello,

Elementor or WPBakery do you prefer?
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look and help you. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

XStore Core plugin was installed incorrectly. You need to re-upload files of the plugin via FTP and then activate it via Dashboard. Provide FTP access, so we can do this for you.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hello,

Where exactly have you sent access?
We don’t need cPanel, only FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
Provide access via the Private Content area here on the forum.

FTP directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/RC9dUdj7OiMC Check the destination folder of our user, or ask your hosting provider for help with this, we need access to your WP installation.

2/ There is no XStore theme or Core plugin on FTP you provided. Please check.
