Go to Elementor > Settings > Post types > enable editor for Products and static blocks.
Products > select all demo products and move them to Trash https://gyazo.com/8b34bab62c87295af6174ba1643e8676 , then
> add new product > follow this article – https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/ > once you Publish your new product it will be visible in Products section and on Shop page. You can restore products from Trash, because they were moved gust to make the products section empty for you or you can delete demo products permanently.

Unfortunately, if you want to import templates from the Revolution slider template library you need to buy the personal license of the revolution slider.
If you use the bundled version you can use only XStore slider templates that you see on our demos.

Sorry, but your request is a bit unclear to me.
Try to change Background Image in Theme Options > Breadcrumbs. If this is not what you are looking for, go to header builder > Multiple headers > create a custom header and set if for the Front page, then you will be able to edit Default header (that is visible for all pages) and Custom header (home page) separately.

1/ We limited the depth of the mobile menu because in amp version it is not yet possible to make good open/close actions for menu items that have submenus and all of them are shown at once.
We added a filter (it will also be included in the plugin update) and a few lines of custom CSS (XStore Control Panel -> AMP XStore -> Custom CSS)

2/ Because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery). This means that a webpage viewed with AMP looks like a mobile application to facilitate the user experience and doesn’t look exactly the same as how the original page would appear on a desktop or laptop.
XStore AMP allows to adjust the Home page elements, supports WooCommerce pages, Blog and posts (because pages/posts come with simple styles and texts), pages created by Elementor/WPBakery displayed in non-AMP version.
