Category parent and child on product style

Hello
is there a way to show only the last selected child category in the shop page and home page
because if you see the image, we selected the parent category and its child category and we did that for a reason, it became a mess see the image

Hello,

Edit product > [8theme] Product Options > Primary category > select category
