    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    As we can see the Home page was selected as a Shop page via Woocommerce plugin settings.
    You can edit Product Sorting on the page, via Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from WooCommerce and are independent of XStore.
    By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
    If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.

    Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing detailed information regarding the issue with the product grid widget displaying related products vertically on the front end. We appreciate your efforts in clearing the server and browser cache, as well as reinstalling the widget.

    We can’t log in. Please temporarily disable 2FA.

    We suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your Child Theme additional code customization.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    We’ve renamed translation files from xstore-fr.po to xstore-fr_FR.po and xstore-core-fr.po to xstore-core-fr_FR.po

    But we can’t synchronize translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ because of this error https://prnt.sc/Tb3Uj7g9Pkji Please contact your hosting provider to solve it. Then click on the Sync button to synchronize translation for XStore, Woocommerce, and XStore Core plugins.
