After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, please provide us with FTP access.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. Therefore, we recommend keeping the XStore theme’s breadcrumbs enabled and leaving the Rank Math SEO breadcrumbs disabled to avoid any conflicts.

    However, if you prefer to use Rank Math’s breadcrumb functionality instead, you may disable the XStore theme’s breadcrumbs from the theme settings (Theme Options > Breadcumbs, XStore builders > edit templates of pages using Elementor and remove breadcrumbs) and enable them in Rank Math.
