Translating a sales poster to arabic problem

am writing to request assistance with translating a sales poster from English to Arabic. I have attempted the following steps:

Installed the Loco Translate plugin.
Uploaded Arabic .po files for the theme and core plugin.

However, despite these efforts, the sales poster remains in English.

I have attached a screenshot to provide further details of the issue.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this and successfully translate the sales poster?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
