In the Shop sidebar widget area keep Show numbers of products option disabled for the Product Status filter widget because it uses a lot of server resources and if your server is not very fast it causes the issue.

Also, we would recommend you to increase next values
– PHP time limit is set to 300, which should be increased to at least 600.
– PHP memory limit is set to 256M, which should be increased to at least 512M.
– PHP post max size is set to 128M, which should be increased to at least 256M.

Do the same for the translation of the theme.

P.S. You do not need all plugins that come bundled with the theme, read description of plugins and activate required ones. Every plugin slows down site a bit, so there is no need to activate plugins that you do not plan to use.

Do you mean these menus https://gyazo.com/6b90aac7655edde90487158a9cf55c58 ? They were created using static blocks, https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/
“How to create mega menu using Static Blocks” – this video shows how to create static blocks using WPBakery, but it is similar to the Elementor. If you are using Elementor on the site, do not enable WPBakery, just edit static blocks using Elementor.
