Hello,
How do I set one bottom footer section (static block) for every page on the website?
When I click another page (other than the home page) the bottom footer section changes all the time.

Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On. Then go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer > add static block there. Disable Static block cache via Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
