    1. We’ve disabled the Masonry option via Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop page layout, because it can’t be used together with “Pagination type” – Infinite scroll.

    1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    2/ It can be a memory error from the server side. Do you see any info in Woocommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal error file?

    – Extract the XStore theme ZIP file on your computer.
