    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

2/ It can be a memory error from the server side. Do you see any info in Woocommerce > Status > Logs > Fatal error file?

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,

1/ We kindly request that you contact your hosting provider and provide them with the following error message for further investigation: “Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 33461920 bytes)”

2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear @Cloud Shop,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request that you address the server requirements as a priority before proceeding with further checks. Specifically, the Max Input Vars property still holds a value of 1500, which needs to be adjusted accordingly.

Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if separate topics could be created for different questions to ensure clarity and efficient communication.

Thank you for your attention to these matters.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
