The theme activation is not working with purchase code

    Good afternoon, I can’t activate the theme. I put in the purchase code of the theme. The process starts, but nothing further happens. I’ve been waiting for an hour.

    Dear Tony,
    Thank you for the activation.
    I tried to run the demo import following the instructions.
    I set the recommended server settings because I have my own dedicated server. But I got an error when installing demo data. Attached screenshot. I tried importing electronic mega market

    I also can’t install plugins from xstore plugin installer. I click on the install button, but nothing happens.

    https://prnt.sc/-YBjOJeyF3wX – please provide username and password. Currently, we can’t check your site because of this popup.

    Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.3.15 to 8.1 or 8.2 and let us know. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version. Your hosting provider can take this action at your request.

    I’ve removed the extra login and password. You can take a look. I tried php versions 8.4,8.3,8.2,8.1 but nothing helped.
