2/ Make sure that you translated mentioned texts for the XStore theme via Loco Translate plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ and sync translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
Double-check that the names of translation files and locations, so they are correct.

Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions. We recommend contacting your hosting provider, because, as a rule, hosting support helps with this.

About PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10), please apply the solution from this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-can-not-update-xstore-from-my-wordpress/#post-359539
This problem occurs when you are trying to update the theme or plugin on the different domain that the theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Re-activation as described in the topic will help you.

You can select the position via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position, as the category description content takes the position option from there https://prnt.sc/jpx1YcBJ3H6v
If you decide to use static blocks for Descriptions, the full width can be set there.

It looks like this situation is caused by one of plugins or an additional custom code.
We’ve checked and out of stock variations are shown as expected on our test sites and demos.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. If it helps, enable them one by one and let us know the name of plugin that affect the out of stock variations displaying.
Also, check your custom code.

We do not see the mentioned White scroll effect, from Samsung devices also.

If you want to have a custom sticky header, not like the static one, the XStore Advanced Sticky Header plugin can be used.

Elementor element – PriceTable is available for the Pro version of the plugin.
Further information you can get from the Elementor plugin support team.

Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, you are able to use the free version of the Elementor but in case you want to get the Pro version you need to buy an individual license.
