How to add moving elements on top section of the website?

Hello,

We have added a domain on the PCA.
The top header has a cool moving feature where the images move.

Can we build something like this?
I am guessing this would require a slider plugin?

Elementor Pro plugin doesn’t come bundled with XStore.
