You can just upload XStore via Appearance > Themes > and activate it, then go to Plugins Installer and activate the required plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/

We recommend doing this on a staging/test site (full copy of the live site) first. In this case, you will be able to do fixes of possible problems there first without affecting your business.

, you can’t use the theme without activation it is a violation of Envato’s rules and licensing policies.

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site and/or localhost, but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.

“Currently, I do not use the code on any website” – Your sites use XStore without the activation. Unfortunately, it is a critical violation. As described in licensing policies, any theme purchased on ThemeForest can’t be used in this way. It is allowed to use the theme on 1 project after the purchase. The system of activation should help to monitor this, in your case, XStore was purchased 1 time, but used on a few sites.

Have you asked persons who have access to your site Dashboard what actions they did? “My theme version was 9.1.8 but now it is 8.2.4?” – theme version can’t be downgraded automatically it seems someone did it on our site.

In case you are not experiencing any visible issues in using your website with XStore AMP then you can just ignore mentioned SiteHealth recommendation as it doesn’t break anything for your customers on the website.

The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( http://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives.
Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.
The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area, there is a js error from Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce plugin.
Once we disable this plugin, variations can be loaded, so you need to contact support of the plugin to solve the problem.
