    XStore is compatible with PHP 8.1 officially, but it was not tested with 8.1.21. Some of our customers use 8.1.21, but not all 3rd party plugins support 8.1.21, so we would recommend you use PHP 8.1.

    Hello, Subham Jain,

    It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation.
    For this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/
    The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    You do not need to buy Elementor Pro.
    Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, all our demos were create using free version.

    To be able to change the logo, please go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Logo settings.

    Currently, we do not see the problem on our site or on sites of other our customers. Once we will be able to see the problem and get access to the site with it, our dev team will fix it. Meanwhile, you may use the old WooCommerce version, or create a staging site > recreate the problem there and provide us with access.

    1/ The child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
    Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.

    2/ Sidebar position is taken from Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout > Sidebar Position.
    If you want to disable the sidebar for the Dokan store page only, please add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS:

    .dokan-theme-xstore .sidebar-enabled {
        display: none !important;
    }
    .dokan-theme-xstore .dokan-single-store {
        left: 0%;
        width: 100%;
    }

    About wp-admin access, please set the administrator role for the user in the Dashboard. We can’t check Theme Options and so on right now.

    Did you add our user as admin in the app settings https://prnt.sc/t6j1b0 or in the FB settings? We do not see the invite from you on fb; don’t see your app in the list available for our user at https://developers.facebook.com/ We need your invite for us for the app. Add 8themes@gmail.com to the list of developers https://developers.facebook.com/docs/development/build-and-test/app-roles/?locale=en_US

    As you may see, variations were created without any problem.

    As we can see, the hosting mentioned xstore-child theme, please check how logging works when XStore parent theme is activated.
    Let us know the result.

    Is the problem persists with the child theme only, it means the reason is in your custom code. If the problem persists with the parent theme too, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.

Anyway, we would like to help you and hope the next custom CSS code we added for the home page (https://prnt.sc/46dZOH2lTbU2) will work for you. Also, we added ‘categories-css-grid-layout’ custom class name for Product categories elements on the home page.

    1/ You can create simple html code pages that you want to display (About us, Contact us)
    2/ Create a new menu with such pages links added inside
    3/ Choose the menu for AMP version in the appropriate AMP settings.
    In such case, you prevent loading heavy content of those pages on mobile AMP versions.
    It is always possible to deactivate AMP plugin if you keep having issues in its configuration or like the desktop responsive design on mobile devices.

    There is an option that allows sending different templates to customers from different countries.
    It is “Apply to billing countries” in the rules section in the right side of email template. You can create multi templates then change email contents with these respective country languages, then apply to send to countries using that language.
    For example, Email Hungarian will be applied for country billing in Hungary, Slovak email will be applied for Slovakia. You can see this image: https://prnt.sc/vibvha and https://prnt.sc/vibxk0

    If you get the same problem, you need to contact WooCommerce support, because the situation is independent of our theme.

    2/ Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
