Please check how this works with the default WC theme – Storefront, and provide us with screenhots or videos of the correct result you get. The test should be done with Storefront exactly because this is the default WooCommerce theme.
If you get the problem with our theme only, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access so our developers can take a closer look.

Error: Could not connect to server
Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.

As we can see changes are visible for logged as admin user, but not via an incognito browser window for not logged customer. It means there is a cache that causes problems on your site.
