2/ The Size guide image can be uploaded in 2 ways: 1) global, for all products, via Theme Options 2) for a particular separately – Dashboard > Products > edit product > [8theme] Product Options – https://prnt.sc/x3qa2r
There is no option to upload it for a category, but you can try the next workaround:
Single Product Builder > templates > Create a new template and set it for a particular category via Conditions > edit the size guide widget.
