    Plugin authors may introduce exclusive or just additional features to encourage customers to purchase the plugins directly from them. Unfortunately, this is a situation that affects not only us but all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform.

    Unfortunately, if you want to import templates from the Revolution slider template library you need to buy the personal license of the revolution slider. Extra features do not come with the extended license, this is Revolution slider authors rules. We and all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform can do nothing about this.

    Should the issue persist regardless of the theme activated, we advise you to seek assistance from the WooCommerce plugin support team for further investigation.

    However, if the problem appears to be isolated to the XStore theme, we kindly ask you to provide us with the URL of the affected page along with temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard.

Such errors could potentially result in you being locked out and the website becoming inaccessible. It is for this reason that we recommend editing files through FTP; the use of the File Manager or theme editor alone does not offer the level of security and control required for such operations.
