Please try this way of theme update: export theme settings in Theme Options > Import/Export > Import or Export your theme configuration > Export Options, then activate default theme (Storefront), rename legenda folder via FTP and upload new theme archive in wp-admin > themes or theme folder via FTP (without overwriting), enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard, then import your theme options. Check your site, if all is well, you can delete the old theme. Likely, after the update, you need to re-add widgets (Appearance > Widgets). Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!

The old version of Master Slider plugin or some 3-rd party plugin can cause such issue. Please try to disable all plugins, except woocommerce and then update and activate Visual Composer plugin, if all will be fine activate your plugins one by one to find a reason of the problem.

If you have the problem with default theme also, it means that problem isn’t related to theme, so you need to check woocommerce setting and try to disable 3-rd party plugins. Also please update Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/.
To prevent other problems you need to use the latest our theme version, so please update theme to 3.0.0.1 v (http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050, log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section)
