    Hello,

    Please try this way of theme update: export theme settings in Theme Options > Import/Export > Import or Export your theme configuration > Export Options, then activate default theme (Storefront), rename legenda folder via FTP and upload new theme archive in wp-admin > themes or theme folder via FTP (without overwriting), enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard, then import your theme options. Check your site, if all is well, you can delete the old theme. Likely, after the update, you need to re-add widgets (Appearance > Widgets). Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!

    Hello,

    Please do not edit or replace any files in woocommerce folder, revert back your changes and ignore the message about outdated files. It will be fixed in a new theme update.
    This outdated files won’t make an effect on work of your site.

    Hello,

    The old version of Master Slider plugin or some 3-rd party plugin can cause such issue. Please try to disable all plugins, except woocommerce and then update and activate Visual Composer plugin, if all will be fine activate your plugins one by one to find a reason of the problem.

    You can see popup message after add to cart simple product (without variations), this means that “Ajax add to cart” options works for single products http://prntscr.com/fwmm66, but in current theme version this option does not work for variable products, unfortunately.

    Please edit /blanco/js/script.js and change this code https://prnt.sc/fvoryq to http://prntscr.com/fvosn7 then clear cache and check the page.
    It will be fixed in new theme update also.

    Hello,

    If you have the problem with default theme also, it means that problem isn’t related to theme, so you need to check woocommerce setting and try to disable 3-rd party plugins. Also please update Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/.

    To prevent other problems you need to use the latest our theme version, so please update theme to 3.0.0.1 v (http://themeforest.net/item/woopress-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress-theme/9751050, log in with your Envato account credentials and free download the latest version in Downloads section)

    Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/woopress/ to avoid problems with old files.
    Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    You need to enter your purchase code to activate our new theme version and skip Setup Wizard.

    Please provide wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image Size and set correct image size for the images. This post will help you to find out what size is ok for you https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/ After that install and activate Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and regenerate all the thumbnails (Tools > Regenerate thumbnails > All)
