Hi there,
When should we expect the upgrade to the theme to ensure compatibility with Woocommerce 3.0?
Thank you.
Hello,
Please don’t update Woocommerce. Compatibility of our theme with the plugin will be added in a new theme update.
Thank you for understanding.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
When will it be available?
I ask because my site was crashing, so I updated the new woocommerce template files. Now, it’s no longer crashing, but the site’s layout is completely messed up.
Hello,
The next theme update should be in 1-2 weeks.
You can’t just replace files from our theme by default WC files because we made changed in files and many options won’t work if you just replace the files by original WC files. If you are interested you may read the posts how to create woocommerce theme to understand how it works.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Is the update available now? Thank you
Hello,
We’re still waiting for news from our developers as they are still working on the update. Please take our apologies for the delay.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
When is expected timeframe for the upgrade of Blanco theme to ensure compatibility with the latest Woocommerce?
Thank you
Hello,
The new update will be available within one week, maybe earlier.
Also, we can send you the release candidate archive to test.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Any updates on this? Thank you.
Hello,
Sorry for the delay.
You can find the latest theme version on ThemeForest where you bought theme https://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Thank you for the update. Problem: when I downloaded the new theme, it still shows v 3.5.3 (NOT 3.6) dated July 2016 .zip file. Is this a problem? Please confirm, thank you.
Could you please send me the link to the UPDATED Blanco Theme (v3.6)? That one was still v.3.5.3
Thank you
Hi there, once again. The link to download the updated theme is not updated https://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246 – the download is for the OLD theme (3.5.3). Please send us v 3.6 as soon as possible. Thank you.
Hello,
Sorry for the long delay.
I’ve sent theme archive to your email. Please check.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Hi Rose, thank you. I have updated the theme and woocommerce to the latest versions, yet now we experience problem with the images (product categories, thumbnails, single products, galleries) – they are cut too large, so it is not possible to see the whole image. Can yu please help? This is a critical issue.
Thank you
Hello,
You need to set needed images settings in Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display.
Read more – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/
Use hard crop if you want to crop images. Then regenerate thumbnails with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Rose Tyler.
Hi Rose, thank you very much for getting back to us! We are looking into the tutorial you provided to change the image sizes.
Another problem we experience (as of the update of the theme): in product catalogue for items on SALE, the original price is NOT crossed out (as it was in the previous version), both prices (original and sale price) shown one under another. Is it possible to cross out ORIGINAL price (otherwise it is confusing for the customers) for the products on Sale. Please Help!
Thank you again,
Olga
Hello,
Please add this code in Custom css:
.product-grid .price del span {
text-decoration: line-through;
}
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
Hi Rose, thank you once again for getting back to us. We applied the code in our custom.css, but it had NO EFFECT on the issue. The regular prices for Sales items are still not Crossed-out on the Catalogue pages. Please Help!
Thank you,
Olga
