Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files.

    Hello,

Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
You may try to change custom css code to make it works with this plugin.

Also, you need synchronize translation files after update the theme. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. You may lose only strings that were changed.

If you plan to adapt your html for the WP then you can install it, compose form and just style according to Mango styles. Mango HTML https://themeforest.net/item/mango-responsive-ecommerce-html5-template/12050763?s_rank=3 and Mango WP https://themeforest.net/item/mango-responsive-woocommerce-theme/12522813 are two different templates

    Hello,

If you have a lot of menu items and can’t save changes then you need to increase PHP Max Input Vars. By default it is 1000, try to set 5000 or 8000 for example http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit

    Hello,

    1. You did not set the google map API and you got the following error in console log http://prntscr.com/g8az32 http://prntscr.com/g8azc1
    2. Can’t recreate “This connection isn’t private” problem.
    3. Did you make changes in cart files? Please provide me screenshot.
    4. A WordPress child theme is a theme that inherits the functionality of the parent theme. With child theme you can make modification or add additional functionality to parent theme. A child theme is the safest and easiest way to modify an existing theme, whether you want to make a few tiny changes or extensive changes. Read more https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
    5. I can give you just the main tips to optimize site but every site is individual.
General site speed depends on many factors. Below you’ll find main of them
    1) Plugins. When you have multiple plugins installed and activated on your site, it can slow it down. So, please, keep enabled only those plugins that you really need for the correct functioning of your site and disable all the plugin that you don’t use. The more plugins you use, the slower it will be.
    2) Caching. The most important part of optimizing your site is caching. Combine cached page with gzip compression to get better results. We recommend using W3 Total Cache. Read the beginners guide to setting up W3 Total Cache plugin https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/w3-total-cache-settings/
Also, a very good plugin is WP Rocket, but it’s paid.
    3) Images. Use optimized images only otherwise you will have big images and a slow loading time. Do not upload larger images than what is needed. When you use image editing tool like Photoshop don’t save images without using the option “Save For Web”.
There are different ways on how to compress images. Use special services or WordPress plugins to optimize your images for decreased loading times:
    – tinypng.com
    – Compressor.io
    – Kraken.io
    – Ewww Image Optimizer
    – Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin
In case you need professional help with site optimization you may contact wpkraken team because that is outside the scope of our support.

    Hello,

If the white screen appears with child theme, but with the latest version of parent theme the site works fine that problem relates to your changes in child theme and you need to check changes that you made there, turn on WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php, it will tell what cause the problem https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG.
Also, you need to update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
